Role Overview
As a Software Engineer on the macOS team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and expanding Speechify’s core desktop experience for millions of users. You will take ownership of significant aspects of our macOS app architecture, produce high-quality code ready for production, and work closely with product, design, and engineering teams throughout the organization.

What You’ll Do
- Lead significant engineering and product decisions for our macOS application.
- Develop, test, and deliver production-quality code that caters to millions of users.
- Maintain and enhance complex app architecture with a strong focus on performance and stability.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team, partnering with designers and product managers to develop features from conception to launch.
- Engage in product planning and contribute to roadmap discussions.
- Champion continuous improvements in code quality, CI/CD practices, and development workflows.
