Role Overview
As a Software Engineer on the macOS team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and scaling Speechify’s core desktop application for millions of users. You will take ownership of significant components of our macOS app architecture, deliver production-ready code, and collaborate intimately with product, design, and engineering teams throughout the organization.

Your Responsibilities
- Lead essential engineering and product decisions for the macOS application.
- Develop, test, and deploy production-quality code that serves millions of users.
- Maintain and enhance complex application architecture with an emphasis on performance and stability.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team, working alongside designers and product managers to shape features from conception to launch.
- Engage in product planning and roadmap discussions.
- Promote continuous improvement in code quality, CI/CD processes, and development workflows.
