Role Overview
As a Software Engineer on the macOS team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing Speechify’s core desktop experience for millions of users. You will take ownership of critical aspects of our macOS app architecture, deliver production-ready code, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, and engineering.

What You’ll Do
- Lead strategic engineering and product decisions for the macOS application.
- Write, test, and deploy high-quality production code capable of scaling to millions of users.
- Maintain and enhance complex app architecture with a focus on performance and reliability.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team, working with designers and product managers to evolve features from concept to launch.
- Engage in product planning and contribute to roadmap discussions.
- Drive ongoing improvements in code quality, CI/CD processes, and development workflows.
