Your Role
We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to be a pivotal player in developing Assembled's integrations platform. Our workforce management and AI products rely heavily on effective integration with the tools our clients depend on, including CRMs, ticketing systems, internal knowledge bases, and various communication platforms. As part of the Integrations team, you will engineer the systems that ensure Assembled's interoperability, enhancing the user experience from the very first interaction.
This role is vital: the success of our integrations not only influences customer adoption but also significantly affects their overall experience with Assembled. You will work on the foundational platform that supports the development, scaling, and monitoring of integrations, along with the integrations themselves. Your contributions will enable us to unlock new workflows and expand into new customer segments, broadening the impact of Assembled's offerings.
Projects You'll Be Involved In
Unified Integrations Platform: We are creating a standardized framework for integrations, focusing on aspects like authentication, rate-limiting, retries, and error handling, to ensure that new integrations can be developed and managed with confidence.
Enterprise-Scale Connectors: Our largest clients utilize platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and ServiceNow. We are building robust, bi-directional integrations with these systems to enhance scheduling, reporting, and AI-driven automation.
Real-Time Sync Pipelines: Many integrations necessitate low-latency data synchronization (e.g., agent schedules, tickets, or knowledge articles). We are developing reliable pipelines that can efficiently handle these requirements.
