About the Role
As an Early Career Fullstack Software Engineer at Notion, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing core user experiences and driving how users derive value from our platform. You will tackle significant challenges with increasing independence, writing code that is utilized by millions. This role involves taking ownership of impactful projects, making crucial technical decisions, and applying your unique insights to our product strategy. Collaborating with dedicated professionals across design, product, and data, you'll contribute to the evolution of modern work.

What You’ll Achieve
Design, develop, and launch product features from ideation through to deployment, iterating based on user insights and feedback.
Enhance the performance, reliability, and quality of key functionalities used by millions.
Conduct experiments that foster user engagement, retention, collaboration, and revenue growth in partnership with design, data science, and research teams.
Create internal tools and platform enhancements that enable engineers to deliver high-quality work efficiently.
Participate in setting team norms, maintaining code quality, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and thoughtful decision-making.
Areas You Might Work On
Core Notion product functionalities: Collaborate on the development, enhancement, and maintenance of essential features, focusing on the editor, databases, sharing capabilities, and other critical components that drive millions of workflows.
AI and automation: Assist in creating and integrating intelligent features that elevate the Notion experience, making it even more intuitive and efficient.
