Your Role
As a Software Engineer on our Engineering Productivity team, you will focus on developing tools and automation that enhance the productivity of Dialpad's engineering staff. Serving your fellow engineers as your primary customers, you will have the opportunity to positively influence their work experience.
The Engineering Productivity team is tasked with optimizing the efficiency of our engineers. This involves managing tools and automation that improve code quality and testability while minimizing operational overhead. By collaborating with engineers across Dialpad, you will gather feedback to identify productivity bottlenecks, shaping the team's roadmap. Our approach emphasizes understanding our engineers' needs rather than imposing unnecessary processes or barriers.
This position reports to the VP of Infrastructure Engineering and is based in our Buenos Aires office.
