What Will You Do?
As a Software Engineer in Cloud Operations, you will play a pivotal role in developing a robust, multi-region, multi-tenant SaaS product. Joining our Cloud Development team, you will leverage technologies including .NET/C#, Artificial Intelligence, Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, React, AWS, and various database technologies to create scalable, high-performance solutions for our cloud environment.
Your Impact:
- Own the software development lifecycle—from design and development to unit testing and deployment—collaborating closely with Production and Support teams.
- Ensure consistent implementation of architectural concepts across the product.
- Act as a product expert within the Development team, fully understanding product requirements and market positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, SRE, Infrastructure, and Customer Support, to guarantee successful product delivery.
- Design and implement software features that align with product specifications and adhere to High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) standards.
- Contribute to the development of scalable, multi-tenant SaaS solutions in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrate a willingness to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Develop unit tests for code components or complete applications.
- Work alongside Product Management, R&D, UX, and DevOps teams to provide seamless end-to-end solutions.
- Advocate for and implement Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) practices to enhance development efficiency and product quality.
- Mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices within the team.
- Assist in resolving complex technical challenges and enhancing product functionality through innovative solutions.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to design principles and maintain high-quality standards.
