Position Overview:
As a Software Engineer, you will collaborate within a dynamic team to develop solutions across all layers of the application stack. This hands-on role in an Agile environment will require you to actively contribute to technology solutions, while continuously enhancing your development skills. Note that this is an in-person position.

Project Management:
- Ensure timely completion of project tasks
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects effectively
- Work independently and research solutions as necessary
- Familiar with estimating and pointing stories based on known work
Software Proficiency:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
- Experience with Integrated Development Environments
- Competent in conducting root cause analysis for bugs
- Familiarity with JetBrains IDE or comparable software
- Basic knowledge of Git for source control including branching and pull requests
Design Skills:
- Collaborate with QA for Test Case Creation
- Capable of documenting bugs and enhancements per standards
Coding Expertise:
- Preferred experience in Java and JavaScript
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming languages
- Understanding of RESTful API calls
- Knowledge of inheritance and class design principles
