Masterworks Co. is on the lookout for a meticulous and proactive Software Deployment Engineer to enhance our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of deploying, configuring, and monitoring software applications across diverse environments, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with operational standards. You will work closely with development, QA, and IT teams to ensure a seamless software delivery process.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage applications in production environments, possessing expertise in both Windows and Linux OS server management.
- Adhere to Change Management policies and IT Governance standards to maintain operational integrity.
- Review Cybersecurity reports, validate findings, and address vulnerabilities, providing closure reports with evidence.
- Utilize your development knowledge to manage compiled and configuration files for web applications and servers.
- Troubleshoot live applications collaboratively with Infrastructure teams (Systems, Networks, and IT Security) and generate RCA reports.
- Provide Level 3 Support for advanced technical issues related to applications.
- Conduct Incident Management to investigate, diagnose, and resolve incidents, including software errors and performance issues.
- Engage in Problem Management to analyze recurring incidents, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures.
- Monitor application performance, proactively identify issues, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Assist users with application-related inquiries and provide training on best practices.
- Participate in planning, testing, and deployment of application upgrades and patches.
- Maintain accurate documentation on application configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and knowledge base articles.
- Coordinate with software vendors for technical support and critical issue resolution.
- Contribute to IT projects related to application implementation and enhancement.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in application support.
- Involve in DevSecOps activities, managing development lifecycle pipelines and configurations.
