About the Role
- Contribute to Allwyn’s Social Value Strategy and Framework.
- Manage and process case study information from National Lottery funded projects for marketing purposes.
This role is a blend of administrative responsibilities within the Impact Department, allocated as follows:
- 55% dedicated to the Colleague Community Impact Programme within the Social Value team.
- 35% focused on our Good Causes case studies project with the Distributor Relationships team.
- 10% supporting financial management, travel bookings, and accommodations for the Impact Department.
Your Responsibilities
Colleague Community Impact Programme (55%):
- Lead daily operations of the programme, encompassing colleague Volunteering, Match Funding, Give As You Earn, and Matched Giving.
- Develop and sustain partnerships with external organizations and charitable partners.
- Oversee databases and data collection processes, including reviewing applications.
- Analyze data for business reporting.
- Collaborate with the Internal Communications team to create promotional content for the programme and relevant activities.
- Work closely with the health, safety, and environment lead to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Manage correspondence through the Social Value team inbox.
- Act as an ambassador for Allwyn’s Social Value Strategy, confidently communicating our accomplishments to various stakeholders.
- Assist the Social Value team with any tasks as directed by the Social Value Manager.
