Although our headquarters is in San Francisco, CA, we welcome candidates from various locations across the U.S., as well as Ontario and British Columbia, Canada. Please note, we are currently unable to provide Visa sponsorship.
Your Role in SMB Sales
As a vital member of our SMB Account Executive team, you will oversee the complete sales cycle for prospective and existing clients in the public transit sector. We believe in fostering a collaborative environment while empowering you to take ownership of your deals. You will receive invaluable support from a dedicated leadership team who will work alongside you on key opportunities and provide constructive coaching for your success.
Our account executives are passionate about the challenges we address. To maximize our impact throughout the sales journey, we utilize a value-driven sales approach, with training on the SPICED methodology that serves as a framework for achieving your sales objectives.
Your Responsibilities
In the role of SMB Account Executive, you will create and manage a successful territory plan. You will gain a deep understanding of our stakeholders' needs and challenges, deliver impactful platform demonstrations, present compelling business cases illustrating measurable ROI, and persuade decision-makers of Swiftly's potential to help them achieve their organizational goals. Furthermore, you will assist clients through the procurement process and manage Swiftly's responses to public solicitations in your territory, with support from our internal procurement team.
*We are looking to fill two positions: one for managing a territory in the Northeastern U.S. and the other in the Southeastern U.S. Candidates located in the Eastern or Central time zones are highly preferred.
