As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the upkeep of the property’s physical assets, ensuring that both the interior and exterior of the buildings, as well as common areas and amenities, are maintained to the highest standards. This role demands a robust technical skill set, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service to our residents.
Compensation: $28 - $31 hourly
The pay range for this position is based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market alignment.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Engage in daily maintenance duties, including plumbing, electrical repairs, HVAC, carpentry, and painting, to uphold property standards. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff, ensuring repairs are performed efficiently and to the highest quality. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment, systems, and shared spaces to mitigate potential issues. Prepare vacant units for new residents by completing necessary repairs, painting, cleaning, and other maintenance tasks. Preserve the property’s exterior aesthetics through landscaping, snow removal, and pressure washing. Adhere to safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance activities, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Be available for emergency maintenance issues, responding swiftly to ensure resident safety and comfort. Assist in inventory management of maintenance supplies and equipment, facilitating timely repairs. Collaborate closely with the property management team to identify and resolve maintenance issues affecting operations or resident satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, including work orders and preventive maintenance logs.
Qualifications & Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Technical certification in a relevant field (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) is preferred. A proven track record of maintenance experience in a residential setting is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively are essential. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset are a must.
