How This Role Makes a Difference
The Site Support Solutions (SSS) Manager for LATAM is responsible for recruiting, developing, enabling, and engaging their team to ensure top-notch performance and an outstanding customer experience. This role involves providing daily support to all SSS team members to drive study outcomes and navigate the complexities of study operations. Key responsibilities include collaborating with sponsor teams, Care Access leadership, and other departments as necessary to achieve study results. The manager will prioritize and set goals in partnership with sponsor leadership, translating these into actionable objectives for the SSS team. It is essential that the manager ensures the team has the right resources and expertise to meet these objectives. This role requires a robust understanding and experience in the clinical research industry, especially within the LATAM region.
