Your Impact on Our Mission
As the Engineering Manager for the Site Reliability Engineering team in India, you will oversee a critical function that ensures Zocdoc’s infrastructure remains secure, cost-effective, observable, and reliable. Leading a team responsible for OS and container patching, CI/CD infrastructure, cloud cost management, container image lifecycle, and Artifactory/security scanning, your leadership will directly influence the systems, processes, and automation that platform and product engineers rely on daily.
You will set operational excellence standards for this new team, enhancing practices and ensuring confident execution across routine patching cycles, builder-image maintenance, and automated compliance. As both a technical partner and a people leader, you will engage in complex technical discussions while mentoring your team to foster ownership, efficiency, and a culture of continuous improvement.
