Your role in creating a better work environment
We are on the lookout for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our SRE Foundations team, dedicated to: "establishing and maintaining infrastructure patterns that provide a straightforward and reliable foundation for product engineering." You will collaborate with a cross-functional, distributed team committed to enhancing Culture Amp’s software delivery, supported by a positive internal culture.
As a valued member of our exceptional team:
You will:
- Collaborate closely with fellow engineers to build, sustain, and enhance our services, adhering to industry best practices.
- Engage with product teams and end users of SRE tools to comprehend their needs, requirements, and challenges, then work to develop, refine, implement, and assess the impact of solutions.
- Work alongside other engineers through pair programming, drafting solution designs, or providing feedback on pull requests, fostering a shared understanding of tasks.
- Take part in technical discussions, offer technical recommendations, and be ready to take ownership of decisions.
- Coordinate with our security team to ensure our environment meets modern security standards (SOC2, ISO27001).
