Site Leader
The Site Leader is pivotal in driving operational excellence, ensuring client satisfaction, and securing long-term business success. This role integrates operational management, financial oversight, team leadership, and client engagement into a highly influential position. As the Site Leader, you will be fully accountable for the performance, compliance, and workplace culture at your designated site. Collaborating across functions, you will champion operational excellence while prioritizing profitability, safety, and employee engagement.
In this capacity, you will act as the main liaison for clients and external partners, representing DATAMARK with confidence and fostering strong, collaborative relationships. Working closely with senior leadership, you will also provide vital support to sustain business continuity and meet financial and service-level objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all operational departments, facility management, and maintenance functions
- Ensure the site meets or surpasses all customer contractual obligations and service level agreements
- Drive budget development, financial performance, and achievement of corporate growth and profitability goals
- Maintain compliance with relevant laws, regulations, codes, and DATAMARK corporate policies
- Act as a representative of DATAMARK to customers, employees, vendors, government entities, and corporate leadership
- Present monthly operational performance data to the DATAMARK Executive Team
- Foster a positive, high-engagement workplace culture that enhances retention and morale
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across administrative and production teams
- Develop and manage succession and mentoring strategies to identify and nurture future operations leaders
- Utilize DATAMARK’s ISO BPMS (or site-specific BPMS) to ensure all documentation, training materials, and production practices are up-to-date, effective, and compliant
- Promote leadership development and professional growth at all levels within the site
