Cortica is seeking a Site Director to join our expanding team in Burlington, MA!
The Site Director is a pivotal leadership role overseeing all operational, performance, and cultural aspects of our Cortica center. You will guide a diverse team of clinical and administrative professionals, including ABA therapists, speech-language pathologists, occupational and physical therapists, music therapists, clinical social workers, medical practitioners, and administrative staff, to provide exceptional care to families. This role involves translating Cortica’s strategic goals into actionable initiatives, ensuring clinical and operational excellence, and nurturing a collaborative, mission-driven workplace culture.
