Cortica is expanding its multi-disciplinary team, and we are in search of a dedicated Site Care Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you will optimize client and provider scheduling to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
As the primary point of contact for families, you will work closely with site leadership, including clinical and operational teams, to foster a cohesive site culture. Your efforts will help uphold the highest standards of care and guide families through their journey with us. By facilitating communication between families and various teams, you will ensure seamless coordination of care, effectively managing cancellations, rescheduling, and implementing scheduling practices that align with both client needs and provider capacity.
This position requires an on-site presence to effectively manage and oversee scheduling processes and promptly address any concerns.
