Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Manager on Duty (MOD) in providing leadership and support.
2. Uphold exemplary customer service standards during peak operational hours.
3. Foster clear and positive communication with management and team members.
4. Welcome customers in person or via phone, processing their orders efficiently.
5. Offer top-notch customer service to promote repeat business and provide menu insights.
6. Support effective shift management.
7. Distribute daily job assignments to team members.
8. Oversee pre-close operations while ensuring food service quality remains high.
9. Manage cash handling responsibilities, including register counts and daily reporting.
10. Follow food and labor cost guidelines in the Back of House (BOH) and support waste tracking protocols.
11. Encourage up-selling of additional products.
12. Master Point of Sale (POS) systems for seamless order processing.
13. Handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy and speed.
14. Adhere to safe food preparation, assembly, and presentation procedures.
15. Assist in inventory control and stock ordering.
16. Cultivate customer loyalty through friendly interactions.
17. Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
18. Cross-train team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
19. Take initiative to complete additional tasks during downtime.
20. Assemble and prepare boxes and promotional materials as needed.
21. Prepare various pizzas and menu items, measuring ingredients accurately.
22. Read order slips or receive instructions for preparation, often managing multiple orders simultaneously.
23. Clean and restock workstations and display cases regularly.
24. Transfer supplies between storage and work areas efficiently.
25. Pack, weigh, and label products as required.
26. Notify supervisors of food shortages promptly.
27. Comply with all quality standards and policies.
