Summary: As a Shift Leader at Domino's, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our store, ensuring that we meet our goals in sales, cost management, employee retention, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Manager on Duty (MOD) with leadership and operational tasks.
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards during peak hours.
- Foster clear communication with management and team members.
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders efficiently.
- Deliver outstanding service to promote customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Assist in shift management and staff scheduling.
- Clearly outline daily job assignments for the team.
- Oversee pre-close tasks and ensure service and food quality are maintained.
- Manage cash handling duties, including register counts and coupon tracking.
- Follow all waste tracking protocols and food/labor cost best practices in the kitchen.
- Encourage upselling of additional menu items.
- Become proficient with Point of Sale (POS) systems for streamlined order processing.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and swiftly.
- Ensure safe food preparation and presentation according to company standards.
- Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment.
- Build rapport with customers through friendly service and appreciation.
- Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Cross-train team members to promote versatility and efficiency.
- Proactively seek additional tasks when duties are completed.
- Assemble and label boxes and promotional materials as needed.
- Prepare a variety of pizzas and other menu items with precision.
- Measure ingredients accurately for food items.
- Read and interpret order slips or verbal instructions for order preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and display cases.
- Effectively transfer supplies between storage and work areas.
- Pack, weigh, and label products as per requirements.
- Notify supervisors of any food shortages.
