Responsibilities:
As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations during your shift, including training staff, ensuring product quality, managing customer relations, and controlling costs and inventory. You will set the standard for your team.
All Shift Leaders at Domino's are hands-on team members who engage in all aspects of the operation, including taking, making, and delivering orders, while also supervising the shift. In our fast-paced kitchen, speed and accuracy are essential. You will lead your team in preparing pizzas and dispatching drivers for deliveries, all while managing a busy lobby of pick-up orders. After the dinner rush, you will delegate cleaning tasks to your crew to ensure everything is in order. As a delivery business, there may be times when you will be the sole leader in the store.
