Opportunity
As a ShelfAdz© Delivery Coordinator, you will serve as a vital link between clients and various coordinating departments, acting as the primary contact for all assigned project work. Your role will focus on ensuring that clients receive top-notch products and services on time, maintaining accountability for managing projects and implementing solutions for both new and existing clients. You will track project issues, provide management reporting, and resolve issues while leveraging cross-functional expertise within Vestcom. This position requires you to maintain clear communication regarding project status and foster relationships with all stakeholders involved. Your support will extend across Retail and CPG clients, with working hours from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the ShelfAdz© Delivery Coordinator for all assigned accounts.
- Guarantee client satisfaction through the prompt completion of campaign requests.
- Prepare and maintain necessary documentation related to campaign requests.
- Manage internal and external correspondence, both written and via email or fax.
- Engage with stakeholders, including Sales, Delivery, Product, Client Experience, IT, and more, to support ShelfAdz© event campaigns.
- Serve as a project stakeholder for ShelfAdz© tag/sign changes and other project-related tasks.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act 2002 Section 404.
