We are looking for a ServiceNow Team Lead to steer the strategic and technical direction of our ServiceNow platform. In this dual role as both technical architect and hands-on leader, you will drive platform enhancements, uphold best practices, and manage a diverse team of offshore developers, system administrators, and a configuration manager. The ideal candidate will possess robust ServiceNow expertise complemented by leadership, governance, and architectural experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Leadership: Act as the technical owner of the ServiceNow platform, guiding architecture, integrations, performance, and scalability.
- Team Management: Lead a global team consisting of 2 developers, 2 system administrators, and 1 configuration manager. Provide mentorship, guidance, and prioritize workloads effectively.
- Solution Architecture: Design and evaluate technical solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other ServiceNow modules, ensuring alignment with 84.51°’s enterprise architecture and security protocols.
- Governance & Best Practices: Establish development standards, enforce coding practices, and ensure compliance with ITIL and ServiceNow governance models.
- Project Delivery: Collaborate with stakeholders to transform business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring timely delivery of platform enhancements and integrations.
- Quality & Performance: Oversee instance health, manage upgrades and performance monitoring, and coordinate testing and deployment of new releases.
