- Providing guidance and support to residents regarding practical or technical inquiries
- Coordinating and collaborating with external service providers
- Supervising outsourced tasks
- Performing administrative duties such as planning, emails, and invoicing via computer and mobile

- Are service-oriented and skilled in engaging with people
- Take pride in ensuring things are done correctly
- Possess a valid driver's license
IT – You’ll Be Just Fine
You should be comfortable using a computer for routine tasks like emails, invoicing, and planning. We will provide you with comprehensive training to ensure you quickly feel at ease with our systems.
At Heimstaden, you will enjoy:
- Thorough onboarding and mentorship
- A strong community with colleagues you see every day
- Freedom to plan your own workday
- A company vehicle (van) that you can take home
- Great employee perks – including paid internet, sports subsidies, and a staff association
