Your Responsibilities
You will monitor, configure, and repair complex software and hardware systems, particularly for access control and time management.
You will conduct regular inspections and maintenance of the systems.
In case of issues that cannot be resolved by the 1st Level Support team remotely, you will analyze the problem on-site and find solutions to fix it.
You will commission the relevant hardware, program the systems, and train clients on their functionality.
As a recognized technical expert in our solutions, you will support your colleagues in the sales department.
You will work diligently according to the applicable guidelines and documents, creating revision documentation.
As directed, you will carry out smaller hardware projects for our existing clients, from installation to commissioning and software integration of the devices.
You will also participate in on-call services, including standby duties for troubleshooting.
