We are looking for a passionate and driven Service Manager for our rental facility located in Framingham, MA. This role is crucial for leading a skilled team of Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technicians (Mechanics) as we work to reshape the future of construction.
Base salary range:$85,000 - $105,000 (Base Salary + Company Profit Sharing + Company Truck).Compensation may vary based on experience and location.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
As our Service Manager, you will leverage advanced technology to create, assign, and oversee work orders, keep track of machine service intervals, order necessary parts, and swiftly diagnose issues by pulling data from a wide range of equipment makes and models. With real-time information at your disposal, you will effectively identify root causes and implement corrective actions quickly, enabling you to work efficiently.
Oversee and ensure the quality performance of our equipment mechanics and service team
Manage scheduling for repairs on both customer and company-owned rental equipment
Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers to guarantee complete satisfaction with our service and to keep them informed of new opportunities to enhance their business
Promptly address and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints effectively
