SUMMARY:
Our dedicated Service Team is committed to delivering outstanding service. The Service Associate – Client Support will provide crucial administrative assistance to our financial advisory team, ensuring a seamless client experience. This role will involve addressing client service requests, processing transactions, responding to inquiries, and managing account-related documentation. The Service Associate will work closely with senior team members to ensure high-quality service and facilitate the efficient operation of client services.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position based in our Folsom office, requiring on-site presence five days a week. The expected base salary ranges from $60,000 to $70,000, with opportunities for performance-based annual bonuses.
