THE ROLE
As a vital component of our Tech Support organization, which boasts over 400 talented individuals across diverse global locations including California, Utah, Ireland, Prague, Singapore, Australia, and Japan, you will play a key role in our expanding team. With Utah as our largest support center operating 24/7 with more than 250 members, we are committed to delivering exceptional service.
The Tech Support team is renowned for its outstanding customer service, providing ample career growth opportunities while fostering a dynamic and enjoyable work environment. We are on the lookout for a Service Delivery Manager to enhance our Global Customer Advocacy team. As part of this elite support group, you will embody our core values: Customer First, Teamwork, Creativity, Ownership, and Persistence. Your role will be integral as the primary liaison for our support organization in the region, facilitating collaborative efforts between customers, sales, and support teams to champion customer success.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Act as the main representative for Pure Storage's support organization in your region, serving as the key point of contact for customers, partners, and Pure Storage Sales.
- Deliver engaging Support presentations to prospects and existing customers, providing Incident Reports and/or Root Cause Analysis (RCAs) in both remote and in-person settings.
- Establish yourself as the trusted support advisor for both internal and external clients.
- Advocate for customer needs across various departments, ensuring their voices are heard while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Gather feedback from customers and account teams regarding their Pure Storage experience, channeling insights into the support organization to enhance service delivery through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
