About the Role:
Pavago is on the lookout for an experienced SEO Specialist dedicated to elevating our clients' website visibility, enhancing organic search rankings, and driving inbound traffic. This position demands proficiency in technical SEO, keyword analysis, content optimization, and data analytics. The ideal candidate will ensure that our websites are not only search engine-optimized but also user-friendly, continuously improving in authority and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Keyword Research & Strategy:
- Execute comprehensive keyword research utilizing tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner.
- Align keywords with user intent and various stages of the buyer journey.
- Develop content strategies that support organic growth objectives.
On-Page Optimization:
- Enhance metadata, headings, schema markup, and internal linking structures.
- Ensure content remains SEO-friendly, readable, and consistent with brand voice.
- Conduct content gap analyses and propose topics for new pages or blogs.
Technical SEO:
- Perform site audits using tools such as Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, or SEMrush.
- Identify and rectify crawl errors, indexation issues, duplicate content, and broken links.
- Enhance Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile performance.
- Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and canonicalization.
Off-Page SEO & Link Building:
- Create ethical link-building strategies, including guest posting, PR outreach, and partnerships.
- Monitor backlink profiles for harmful links and disavow as necessary.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Create performance dashboards in Data Studio, Looker, or Power BI.
- Deliver weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with content writers, developers, and marketing teams to implement SEO strategies.
- Provide SEO guidance during website redesigns, migrations, and product launches.
