ABOUT US
At Invivyd, Inc., we are dedicated to addressing the urgent health needs of over 9 million immunocompromised individuals across the United States, particularly those at high risk for severe COVID-19, including patients undergoing stem cell or solid organ transplants, as well as individuals battling hematologic cancers.
Our mission is clear: to provide effective protection against serious viral infectious diseases, starting with SARS-CoV-2. We leverage a proprietary integrated technology platform that sets us apart in the industry, enabling us to assess, monitor, develop, and adapt to create superior antibodies.
In March 2024, Invivyd secured emergency use authorization (EUA) from the U.S. FDA for one of our monoclonal antibody candidates. By October 2025, the FDA approved our Investigational New Drug (IND) application, allowing us to advance our REVOLUTION clinical program for VYD2311, an innovative monoclonal antibody under investigation for the prevention of COVID-19.
