About the Role:
The Senior Vice President of Omnichannel Strategy will spearhead the development of integrated marketing and communication strategies tailored for a select group of clients and brands. You will take full ownership of your accounts while leading other omnichannel strategists and collaborating with cross-functional teams including account management, project management, creative, technology, and media. This high-profile leadership position entails substantial client interaction and offers flexible remote work options. You will report directly to the EVP of Omnichannel Strategy.
Your Responsibilities:
- Steer the strategic vision for omnichannel initiatives, ensuring they align with client goals and adhere to industry best practices, driving transformative results for both the agency and its clients.
- Design and implement comprehensive omnichannel marketing plans for a diverse portfolio of clients, setting the benchmark for omnichannel excellence throughout the agency.
- Lead research efforts to identify actionable insights regarding customer channel preferences and engagement patterns, translating these findings into innovative and effective omnichannel strategies.
- Cultivate robust client relationships, serving as a senior advisor to enhance the agency's reputation as a trusted strategic partner, while advocating for superior customer experiences.
- Oversee the creation and execution of detailed journey mapping, persona development, and channel optimization projects.
- Inspire and mentor the strategy team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning, and empowering team members to achieve outstanding results.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive execution of strategic plans across various platforms.
