As the Senior Vice President, Group Account Director, you will serve as the executive leader for one of our most strategically vital client relationships. This position exists at the crossroads of enterprise client partnership, commercial expansion, operational leadership, and creative production excellence. You will manage a high-performing account, with significant clients based in Chicago and a vertical within a regional creative production ecosystem, acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders while fostering innovation, margin growth, and sustainable value. You'll lead a cross-functional team that encompasses account management, creative, and operational talent, ensuring that every aspect of the relationship, from daily delivery to long-term transformation, is of the highest caliber. Your responsibilities will include defining and implementing a strategic growth agenda, penetrating new business units, and broadening our impact across various business units, capabilities, and deliverables. Internally, you will function as a senior operator, designing and refining workflows, scaling AI-driven efficiencies, and collaborating with executive leadership to shape the future of our service delivery.
