About Us
At Prokeep, we are revolutionizing the wholesale distribution landscape with our innovative Order Engine. Our mission is to empower distributors to maximize their potential by transforming every customer interaction into a seamless order opportunity. In a market valued at over $100 billion, our platform is designed to eliminate missed opportunities arising from busy phone lines and fragmented customer data. By centralizing communication and fostering proactive outreach, we help teams drive demand, enhance relationships, and create a significant impact across the supply chain.
Following our recent $25 million Series A funding round, we are poised for remarkable growth and innovation. If you are passionate about addressing intricate challenges in a collaborative and fast-paced environment while contributing to a crucial sector of the economy, we invite you to join us in shaping the future—one order at a time!

Your Mission
Prokeep is on the lookout for a Senior UX Designer specializing in Platform Architecture to define and uphold the UX principles of our product as it evolves. This pivotal role will establish the vision and standards that ensure our product remains intuitive, cohesive, and customer-focused as we scale.
As our platform grows, your primary objective will be to maintain simplicity in a complex wholesale distribution environment, ensuring that user experiences work harmoniously without disrupting essential customer workflows.
This senior, hands-on design leadership position emphasizes UX strategy and infrastructure rather than personnel management. You will collaborate closely with Founders, Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to integrate UX considerations early in the discovery, roadmap planning, and delivery processes, grounding decisions in research, data, and genuine customer insights.
