Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of treasury activities, combining hands-on cash management with opportunities to enhance processes. You will work in close collaboration with colleagues in Finance, Legal, Compliance, and External Banking Partners. This is an ideal position for a proactive and detail-oriented treasury expert who thrives in both analytical and execution tasks within an international setting.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Managing and executing daily cash operations, including oversight of bank accounts and cash positioning.
- Supporting and maintaining global cash pools and sweeping structures.
- Executing and monitoring foreign exchange transactions and short-term investments.
- Preparing cash flow forecasts and liquidity reports, analyzing variances, and assisting in the forecasting process.
- Reviewing and approving non-repetitive payments, ensuring compliance with authorization and documentation standards.
- Monitoring and reconciling bank fees and merchant card charges while preparing monthly reports.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and control in treasury operations.
- Participating in or leading projects and initiatives within the treasury department, including system and automation developments.
