POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Treasury Associate role reports directly to the Treasury Manager and plays a vital role in various Treasury functions, including cash management, monthly Treasury accounting, cash flow forecasting, loan tracking, managing Letters of Credit (LC), financing costs (e.g., interest, bank fees, etc.), and other treasury-related activities as needed. The successful candidate may also be required to undertake additional job-related responsibilities as directed by management, ensuring all tasks comply with applicable laws and company policies.
This position is stationed in Houston, Texas, and the ideal candidate should reside within a commutable distance to the office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support daily cash operations, manage wire transfer payments, maintain bank templates, and oversee account funding.
- Process Accounts Payable (AP), consolidate into a comprehensive Payment List for the Treasury Manager’s review, and initiate timely wire transfers. Monitor daily cash positions, ensuring effective management for all bank accounts.
