This position guarantees adherence to local regulations while sustaining business continuity and delivering expert counsel on both short-term and long-term assignments.
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete visa and immigration workflows for business travelers and expatriates, including short-term, long-term, and rotational assignments.
- Facilitate employee mobility initiatives, encompassing work permits, residence permits, and assignment-related documentation.
- Serve as the primary liaison with embassies, immigration authorities, service providers, and vendors.
- Compile, review, and submit all necessary visa and mobility documentation in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Deliver clear and actionable visa and mobility advice to employees, HR, and business stakeholders.
- Monitor visa timelines, renewals, and expirations to ensure compliance and prevent operational disruptions.
- Assist in travel arrangements aligned with mobility requirements, including tickets, accommodations, and insurance.
- Maintain meticulous records, trackers, and reports related to visas, mobilization, and travel activities.
- Manage escalations and urgent cases with efficiency and professionalism.
