As a Senior Transport Partner Operations Executive, you will be the driving force behind our Transport Partner (TP) network. You will connect with our exceptional partners, ensuring we attract, onboard, and support top talent that delivers unparalleled service consistently.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Foster a positive team environment by leading daily huddles, setting clear goals, and maintaining high morale.
Serve as the team's subject matter expert, providing guidance on complex issues.
Keep the team on course with precise reporting on attendance, punctuality, and productivity metrics.
Recruit and onboard new Transport Partners in the French market.
Train Transport Partners to effectively use our app/portal and meet AnyVan's service standards.
Manage partner accounts by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction and compliance.
Monitor performance to address challenges such as late deliveries or low feedback ratings.
Negotiate competitive rates and allocate jobs, ensuring optimal arrangements while keeping partners motivated.
Assist customers on moving day by troubleshooting issues, resolving complications, and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Handle administrative tasks such as Proofs of Delivery, invoicing, and pricing, paying attention to detail.
Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure continuous support for customers and partners.
What We're Seeking:
Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written).
Demonstrated confidence in leading teams and managing operations.
