By integrating the expertise, innovative techniques, and modern business models of the 21st century into the defense sector, Anduril is revolutionizing the design, development, and deployment of military systems. Our suite of products operates on Lattice OS, an advanced AI-driven operating system that transforms diverse data streams into an interactive, real-time three-dimensional command and control environment. In an era marked by strategic competition, Anduril is steadfast in its mission to deliver state-of-the-art autonomy, artificial intelligence, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technologies to the military in months, not years.
The Test and Analysis team is charged with validating that our innovative products can withstand the demanding conditions of air, land, sea, and space environments. We support multidisciplinary teams throughout the product lifecycle to design, develop, and validate both new and existing products. This involves performing requirements analysis, conducting environmental and electromagnetic interference testing, and overseeing reliability testing and manufacturing sustainment efforts. Our team employs a comprehensive method to achieve these goals, focusing on understanding primary design drivers through analytical modeling, including specialized structural-thermal-optical performance (STOP) analysis and strategic engineering validation and qualification testing. This integrated approach enables us to enhance product robustness and swiftly implement solutions, ensuring that vital capabilities reach our military and its allies efficiently.
We are actively seeking a Senior Thermal Analyst to join our rapidly expanding team in Lexington, MA. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of conducting thermal analyses and oversee thermal design elements across various hardware development projects. You will perform initial assessments of designs to inform preliminary architectural decisions, create detailed analytical models to refine prototype designs, and generate predictions to support hardware testing. If you are motivated by the opportunity to engage in new projects from concept to production and are passionate about developing validated and correlated models that facilitate the rapid prototyping of advanced systems, we want to hear from you.
