About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Senior Test Engineer to spearhead the planning, coordination, and execution of Test and Evaluation (T&E) activities for CBRN Integrated Early Warning (IEW) systems. This role will involve close collaboration with stakeholders from various DoD test agencies, acquisition offices, and CBRN program teams to ensure that systems fulfill mission requirements and undergo meticulous evaluation prior to deployment.
This position is located in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD and is contingent upon contract award. A Secret Clearance is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of user feedback events, technical demonstrations, operational demonstrations, and operational assessments for CBRN systems.
- Collaborate with the Army Evaluation Command (AEC) to formulate test criteria and ensure alignment with evaluation standards.
- Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation required by AEC and other stakeholders prior to T&E events.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to schedule events, manage logistics, and ensure successful test setup and execution.
- Oversee on-site support during test events, including data collection, stakeholder engagement, and troubleshooting.
- Analyze test data, generate After Action Reports (AARs), and assist in the integration of findings into program planning and system enhancements.
- Maintain version control of test documentation and ensure timely distribution of meeting minutes and test records to the Government.
