Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our distinguished team and provide exceptional support to our expanding enterprise customer base. This pivotal role entails taking ownership of and resolving complex issues across the entire Verkada product suite, making you the key resource for addressing challenging problems and delivering vital assistance.
Your tasks will include thoroughly analyzing customer environments, troubleshooting sophisticated systems, and training customers and partners on optimal installation and configuration practices. You will work closely with our Engineering and Product teams to identify and rectify bugs while offering critical insights to enhance our products. Additionally, you will mentor fellow engineers on challenging issues, effective communication strategies, and deepening their knowledge of the Verkada portfolio. We are specifically seeking a candidate eager to leverage this opportunity to grow into a leadership role over time.
This position requires you to be on-site five days a week at our dynamic headquarters in San Mateo, CA, where collaboration and innovation are at the forefront.
