SuperDial is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to lead the recruitment process for our key technical positions. This role is crucial as we expand our engineering, AI/ML, and product teams during a significant growth phase.
Role Overview
Manage the entire recruitment cycle for technical roles, including Backend Development, AI/ML, Voice AI, and Product Engineering.
Collaborate closely with founders and hiring managers to determine role specifications, recruitment strategies, and ideal candidate profiles.
Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to attract and engage top-tier candidates.
Conduct structured and efficient interview processes that emphasize talent quality and expediency.
Ensure a remarkable candidate experience from initial contact through to offer acceptance.
Oversee candidate pipelines, monitor recruitment metrics, and continuously refine recruiting processes.
Serve as a talent advisor, contributing to hiring decisions, compensation strategies, and organizational design.
Your Profile:
At least 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a startup or high-growth setting.
Demonstrated success in hiring top engineers, particularly in backend, AI/ML, and systems roles.
Exceptional sourcing skills and a creative approach to identifying elusive talent.
Strong judgment and ability to evaluate technical talent, even without engineering expertise.
A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership; you take initiative and act independently.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence both senior stakeholders and candidates.
Experience successfully closing competitive candidates in dynamic environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in agency recruitment or executive search.
Prior experience at an early-stage startup (Series A or earlier).
Familiarity with healthcare or health technology sectors.
