JOB PURPOSE:
As a Senior Technical Architect, you will play a crucial role in providing hands-on implementation and deployment services to our customers. We are looking for a passionate and experienced leader who can quickly grasp the Okta platform, our technology, and the value we deliver to customers of all sizes. You will lead multiple customer deployment projects, with the primary goal of ensuring long-term customer success. Additionally, you will collaborate with the entire Customer Success team to facilitate a seamless transition into post-deployment support and maintenance phases. Furthermore, you will be responsible for continuously enhancing our delivery processes and methodologies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work directly with Okta customers, primarily in a post-sales capacity, to deliver innovative consulting services.
- Collect, analyze, and document post-sales requirements.
- Effectively communicate with customers and partners at appropriate technical and functional levels.
- Commit to providing outstanding design and deployment solutions that result in exceptional customer satisfaction.
