About the Role
The Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) plays a vital role in servicing Semgrep’s most significant clients. Our TAMs are responsible for driving the implementation and continuous adoption of Semgrep within their assigned accounts. This senior TAM will collaborate closely with customers to ensure they realize the full value of our platform by developing tailored growth strategies for each account, addressing urgent situations to mitigate churn risk, and acting as a subject matter expert for their accounts. This role also involves representing the customer's voice for product enhancements and conducting executive business reviews for both technical and executive stakeholders. Additionally, this customer-facing role collaborates with multiple teams across Semgrep, including Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Support.
