In the role of Senior Team Carer, you will collaborate with a compassionate and dedicated team to enhance the lives of our residents. Your contributions will empower older people to maintain their independence through exceptional person-centered care. We are looking for individuals with a strong background in elder care, particularly in dementia support.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care tailored to individual needs
- Managing medication administration
- Preparing nutritious meals
- Delivering specialized dementia care
- Assisting the Lead Senior Support Worker as needed
- Encouraging physical activity
- Documenting daily updates on care plans
Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
