As part of Smartsheet's IT Project Management Office, we are seeking a seasoned Security Project Manager to enhance quality, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction within our IT Team. This role involves close collaboration with the Security team and various business partners to lead critical, intricate, and large-scale projects through all stages, including initiation, development, testing, and final delivery.

You will report to the Director of Project & Program Management at our headquarters in Bellevue, WA. Please note that this role's working hours are from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST, ensuring alignment with US Pacific Time from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM PT, with flexibility as needed to accommodate collaboration across different time zones.
Your Responsibilities:- Oversee multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity utilizing diverse delivery methodologies, including agile and waterfall, while advocating for the internal customer's perspective.
- Manage IT and Security projects across the organization, actively engaging in the execution of comprehensive change management tasks (including communications, training, documentation, etc.).
- Create and manage intricate project plans, identify dependencies, secure necessary resources, and analyze risks to provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Clearly define and communicate project objectives, goals, and success metrics to stakeholders across various teams.
- Continuously monitor progress toward established goals to ensure all requirements are met.
- Articulate trade-offs between customer expectations, team capacity, and technical feasibility to business partners, aligning on project prioritization.
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with all stakeholders, motivating teams to achieve project success.
