Role Overview
As a Senior Systems Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in designing, managing, and enhancing the systems that facilitate Whatnot's post-purchase support experience. Collaborating closely with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Support teams, you will ensure our tools and workflows are optimized for delivering high-quality, efficient support to both buyers and sellers as our platform scales. In this dynamic position, you will:
Lead the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of post-purchase support systems, such as Zendesk and related tools, catering to thousands of agents across our in-house team and various vendors.
Ensure system configurations align with operational workflows, user experience demands, and evolving business requirements.
Collaborate with operations and business stakeholders to translate immediate and long-term needs into scalable system solutions and a strategic product roadmap.
Oversee integrations between Zendesk and other internal systems to guarantee data accuracy, reliability, and comprehensive visibility.
Monitor vendor partnerships and system performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive prompt resolutions to minimize disruptions in support operations.
