The Senior Support Program Specialist - Partner Escalations is vital in equipping CyberArk's channel partners with the essential knowledge, resources, and training required to successfully market, implement, and support CyberArk’s Identity Security solutions. This position emphasizes enhancing partner competence, driving adoption, and generating revenue through customized enablement initiatives, technical workshops, and close collaboration with internal teams to ensure a consistent and high-value partner experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Enablement Program Development:
Design and implement technical enablement strategies for partners that encompass topics such as Privileged Access Management (PAM) adoption, problem-solving approaches, and new product features. - Content Creation:
Create top-notch enablement resources, including presentations, guides, newsletters, and training materials tailored for partners. - Cross-Department Collaboration:
Engage closely with Channel Account Managers, Product, and Support teams to ensure alignment of enablement programs with the overall strategy. - Program Management:
Maintain consistency and quality across partner programs, overseeing operational elements and driving accountability. - Feedback Mechanism:
Collect field insights to refine enablement approaches and enhance program effectiveness continuously.
