Your Role:
We are on the hunt for a Senior Supervisor to join our innovative Client Accounting Services team. Our group excels in technology-driven accounting solutions, and our team members are adept at utilizing the latest technologies. In this role, you will manage and oversee comprehensive accounting functions for a select group of clients while mentoring your team.
This position is remote-friendly, with a hybrid option available for our South Florida office.
- Oversee the complete accounting and closing process for a varied client portfolio.
- Supervise and ensure timely and accurate classification of accounting transactions.
- Manage payroll processing efficiently.
- Ensure precise completion of monthly bank reconciliations.
- Supervise payroll and sales/use tax filings.
- Maintain the chart of accounts and manage cloud-based accounting systems.
- Implement controls over accounting transactions.
- Deliver timely and comprehensive financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Generate and present financial and operational metrics.
- Input annual budgets and forecasts.
