THE JOURNEY AWAITS YOU
- Foster and nurture relationships with top Glovo partners in the country through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs, and building engagement via meetings and business reviews.
- Develop and implement strategies that facilitate partner growth through a comprehensive understanding of the Q-commerce delivery model, marketing initiatives, and assortment performance metrics (e.g., sales volume, Average Order Value, Conversion Rate, etc.).
- Oversee the business performance of our partners, analyzing key performance indicators to ensure continued growth.
- Prepare insightful reports and dashboards for partners, utilizing them as a foundation for operational enhancements.
- Gather feedback from partners and translate it into actionable improvements in product, marketing, and operations.
- Onboard new partners onto our platform by equipping them with essential tools and information.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets set by the company.
- Engage in collaborative efforts with colleagues, fostering a supportive environment that encourages mutual growth and the ability to make a difference.
