Position Overview: Senior Specialist, Business Development and Partnership (Mandarin-speaking Market)
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Business Development & Partnerships professional to enhance customer acquisition in Singapore through collaborations with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and brand partnerships. This role involves identifying, negotiating, and managing impactful partnerships that will elevate our brand visibility, drive user growth, and optimize conversion rates. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in influencer marketing and partnership development, coupled with a robust professional network and the capability to leverage data-driven insights into successful growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic KOL/influencer and corporate/brand partnerships to secure new customers and stimulate business growth.
- Utilize professional networks to uncover partnership opportunities, expedite negotiations, and broaden market outreach.
- Design and implement co-branded campaigns, events, and activations (both online and offline), ensuring flawless execution and measurable results.
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements and campaign contracts aligned with business and customer growth objectives.
- Establish and nurture enduring relationships with influencers, brands, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign and channel performance, providing analytical insights to refine strategies and enhance outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
